SnoutRoute Service Agreement & Policies
Meet & Greet Requirement
All new clients must complete a Meet & Greet before booking services. This allows SnoutRoute to evaluate the pet, review care instructions, and ensure a safe environment.
Pet Behavior & Safety
Clients must disclose any history of aggression, biting, or behavioral issues. SnoutRoute reserves the right to refuse service if a pet is considered unsafe or aggressive.
Vaccinations
All pets must be up to date on required vaccinations and free of contagious illness.
Home Access
Clients must provide safe and reliable access to the home. SnoutRoute is not responsible for missed visits due to incorrect access instructions.
Veterinary Emergencies
In the event of illness or injury, SnoutRoute may seek veterinary care for the pet if the owner cannot be reached. The client agrees to cover all veterinary costs.
Property Damage
SnoutRoute is not responsible for damage caused by pets to property, people, or other animals.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit. Late cancellations may be charged the full service fee.
Payment
Payment is due according to the service booking agreement.
Liability
While SnoutRoute takes reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of pets and property, working with animals carries inherent risks. By booking services, the client agrees not to hold SnoutRoute liable for incidents beyond reasonable control.
